Stress Free Test Taking: Tips for Parents from Parents

Tips from the #KaplanKids Twitter Party on how to help kids feel more confident and less stressed about test-taking:

“How do you help your kids calm test-day jitters?”

  • @JanetandMaya: Stay calm myself.
  • @tdahaam: talking through any nerves to calm her down help a lot!
  • @assia00: Making sure they get enough sleep the night before, have a healthy hearty breakfast and get to school on time.
  • @lanieekat: a good nights rest and eating regular meals is so important
  • @nikkialeta: make sure the kids know whats upcoming, better prep makes a difference!
