can you cancel the program at anytime? The program is only 29.00 a month with no hidden cost? I tried calling the number provided with just a recording.

Hi Kelli- I’m sorry that you had trouble reaching our Customer Call Center but I’d be happy to answer your question. You can cancel your monthly membership at any point, and there are no hidden fees. Should you enroll in the program, the monthly membership is drafted on the same day of each month and will only be $29.00 per student for unlimited service.

Hi Kirby, The Smart Track program helps with homework by identifying the underlying issues that make homework difficult, then helping students master those skills. This is a bit different than traditional “homework help” in the sense that it teaches the skills that make homework challenging, rather than the individual homework problem itself.

Does Kaplan offer any discounts? For instance, a discount for each additional child, or a discount for students whose parents attend Kaplan University, or etc? Just hoping!

Yes, flash is currently required for the Kaplan Kids Smart Track Program.
